Welcome! The website of Tuath na Ciarraide will be offline for some time due to a need to focus on real-world community and material. Much of the information about Sinnsreachd can be found at the ACTG website at sinnsreachd.org. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Currently, the focus of Tuath na Ciarraide is on two projects: An Clár Forbartha Fiontraíochta (the Enterprise Development Program) by building new tuath-based businesses, and the writing of the first of a series of books about our way of life.

Once these projects reach a stage where they do not consume all of our attention, the website will undergo a significant overhaul. The focus of the site is changing, moving from a broad focus on Sinnsreachd to become more focused on our tuath specifically and our way of doing things. It was decided that the ACTG site should be the proper home for knowledge about Sinnsreachd in general, and each tuath website should be specific to that tuath. By shifting the focus in this way, each tuath, ours included, need not repeat volumes of information about Sinnsreachd, instead merely giving a brief overview, linking to the central site, and thus free up the rest of the page for their specific customs and lore.
